I’m going to be giving you the blueprint, and once you execute it – and I’m going to be telling you exactly what to do – you’ll experience the results that come along with Wisdom.

2. Each little tid-bit are miniature blueprints. Each will help lead you to the results you desire.

3. The third piece is maximizing your efforts. In essence; how healthy do you want to get? How thin do you want to be? And…how important is your health to you?  Your answers to these three questions will determine your overall results.

I have structured this NO B.S Weight Loss Training so you can focus on the material that is most appropriate for you. What is important is not being able to quote every word I say in this training, that again is just book knowledge, but rather, you having a thinner and more healthier body as a result.

Timeless things are the principles that promote a healthy body, build the body’s cells and tissue, strengthens the body’s immune system, wards off disease, and melts fat off your body … The timely means you will be getting the specific strategies to short cut your efforts, and to remove trial and error.

Now, let me quickly answer a few questions that I normally get:

1. Will this training actually get me thinner and healthier? YES, but you have to implement what I teach! The real goal here is to get you to customize a healthy eating plan just for you and your taste buds, not mine. To get you thinner, to get you healthier, and if you follow what I will be teaching you, you will achieve both.

2. Now, what kind of results will I achieve? Well, there is no way I can answer that unless I am by your side day-by-day for the next 6 months, watching your every move. Watching every food you eat and watching what kind, if any, exercise you are doing.

Anyone who tells you specific amounts of weight you will lose is lying, plus, it is now against the law in the US to make such a weight loss claim online. However, I will say this; if you do exactly what I teach, your weight issues could turn into non-issues, just like it did for me, and that’s the whole intent, isn’t it?

Again, how healthy do you want to get? How thin do you want to be? How important is your health to you?  Your answers to these three questions will determine your results.

3. How is it taught? You need to learn the basic skills of eating and then progressing forward in tiers’. The first tier is getting some of the basic eating skills down, then you will need to progress to the next tier; gathering the wisdom needed to settle in with your new eating routines. The third tier is progressing into healthy exercise routines that will help your body to burn off more fat, and then the next tier is to tone your body so you can look and feel your very best. And then, the final tier is ending up like me, absolutely sold out on being as healthy and as fit as I possibly can; not just physically, but internally too.

If you are already used to exercising, then continue to make exercise a part of your daily routine, but it is my guess that most of you will go through the training in stages. Healthy Weight Loss Program: My Life Changing Story!

weight loss mealsHealthy Weight Loss Program - My Life Changing Story: When I changed my lifestyle over 35 years ago I was only able to do so because of being re-educated. I was prone to being sick. I had asthma since childhood. I had pneumonia twice in one year, and I was stupid enough to smoke. I was a junk food junkie, I wasn’t exercising, and my body was just going downhill fast. I knew I had to do something to change my life, but I didn’t know what to do.

The first time I had pneumonia I was placed in the hospital for 10 days and I was out of work for 6-weeks. I had a 104 temperature for so many days that my hair came out in clumps. I remember the doctor telling me that if it wasn’t for modern medicine, “I’d be dead!”

About 6-months later I got pneumonia again, and I was just as bad as I was the first time. I had a 104 temperature and before my dad took me to the hospital he first took me to see his Chiropractor. I know you won’t believe this, but I remember the Chiropractor adjusting my back in numerous places. Before I left his office I could breathe so much better. I was amazed! So was my dad.

We both were so amazed in the change in me that we decided not to take me to the hospital after all. I was completely well in less than a week. (I have been seeing Chiropractors on and off ever since!)

After that incident I realized that there was a whole lot more to health, modern medicine, and life in general, than I ever imagined. That incident was my first life changing moment.

2nd Life Changing Moment

Where I used to live there was an older gentleman who I would see jogging everyday. One day I stopped him so I could ask him what his secrets were. It turned out that he was an 80-year old retired nutritionist and that he had been a vegetarian for over 60-years (don’t worry, I’m not going to try to convert you into a vegetarian). He gave me the name of two books to read. After I read them, I knew that I had just discovered the keys to being healthier.

That 5-minute conversation was the single most important life changing EVENT that has ever taken place in my life. What I learned that day was that diet and weight loss should never be used in the same sentence. The path to better health is to follow a healthy weight loss program that results in permanent weight loss. Of course you have to do it!

So after gaining my new found knowledge, what I did was this; like many of you, I loved friend chicken. So what was a guy to do? Well, I cooked fried chicken every night for about a month until I became sick of eating it. Then one day I said, ok, tomorrow is the day I become a vegetarian.

After that day I started making changes to my diet. Shortly thereafter, one day I looked at a half pack of cigarettes and said to myself, “who is stronger, the cigarettes or me”? I threw them in the trash and never looked back.

I made changes to my diet, I exercised a little more, I lost about 40 pounds over the next few months, and now almost 40 years later, at 60 years old, and I’m still at my high school weight.

I feel great! I have not had phuemonia since and I don’t even get the common cold. And you know what? After changing my eating habits, my lifelong battle with asthma completely disappeared. My asthma was gone!
