I was in church last week and before the service started I overheard a lady behind me having a conversation with a couple sitting next to her. All three individuals were of middle age, 50ish. The lady was expressing, with deep emotion, how she had lost 30 pounds in the last 60 days simply by cutting out sugar from her diet. She was saying how she now looks at the ingredients of every food she buys and how sugar is in practically everything. She was saying how she no longer buys that stuff and how she is now looking at improving other aspects of her diet and health so she can lose all of her unwanted weight. Well, I could not have said it any better myself!
If you implement everything that you will learn in this webinar, your results could be similar, even more profound.
Now, not all of you are at the same place with your quest to lose weight. 1. Depending on where you are at with your weight loss efforts, my goal is to not give you a bunch of book knowledge. Book knowledge is worthless unless it turns into results. My goal is to give you CLARITY and FOCUS on exactly what you need to be focusing on right now, and then what your next steps need to be.
In other words, to impart on you, WISDOM! You get wisdom by having focus, and then by applying what you are leaning, and in this case, to be dropping pounds from your body and to be getting healthier in the process.
There is a big difference between knowing what to do, and then having the wisdom of knowing what works and why, and then implementing each step properly. I’m going to be giving you the blueprint, and once you execute it – and I’m going to be telling you exactly what to do – you’ll experience the results that come along with Wisdom.
2. Each little tid-bit are miniature blueprints. Each will help lead you to the results you desire.
3. The third piece is maximizing your efforts. In essence; how healthy do you want to get? How thin do you want to be? And…how important is your health to you? Your answers to these three questions will determine your overall results.
I have structured this NO B.S Weight Loss Training so you can focus on the material that is most appropriate for you. What is important is not being able to quote every word I say in this training, that again is just book knowledge, but rather, you having a thinner and more healthier body as a result.
What I am not going to do is to treat you like a dieter. You don’t want a diet for weight loss, the hype and the lies with all of the unrealistic diet claims out there about extreme weight loss is not what you need to hear, and I am not going to dumb it down for you either. I am going to treat you as a peer who is dead serious about actually getting your weight issues totally under control once and for all, FOREVER!

You will be getting the timeless and the timely from me. Timeless things are the principles that promote a healthy body, build the body’s cells and tissue, strengthens the body’s immune system, wards off disease, and melts fat off your body … The timely means you will be getting the specific strategies to short cut your efforts, and to remove trial and error.
Now, let me quickly answer a few questions that I normally get:
1. Will this training actually get me thinner and healthier? YES, but you have to implement what I teach! The real goal here is to get you to customize a healthy eating plan just for you and your taste buds, not mine. To get you thinner, to get you healthier, and if you follow what I will be teaching you, you will achieve both.
2. Now, what kind of results will I achieve? Well, there is no way I can answer that unless I am by your side day-by-day for the next 6 months, watching your every move. Watching every food you eat and watching what kind, if any, exercise you are doing.
Anyone who tells you specific amounts of weight you will lose is lying, plus, it is now against the law in the US to make such a weight loss claim online. However, I will say this; if you do exactly what I teach, your weight issues could turn into non-issues, just like it did for me, and that’s the whole intent, isn’t it?
Again, how healthy do you want to get? How thin do you want to be? How important is your health to you? Your answers to these three questions will determine your results.
3. How is it taught? You need to learn the basic skills of eating and then progressing forward in tiers’. The first tier is getting some of the basic eating skills down, then you will need to progress to the next tier; gathering the wisdom needed to settle in with your new eating routines. The third tier is progressing into healthy exercise routines that will help your body to burn off more fat, and then the next tier is to tone your body so you can look and feel your very best. And then, the final tier is ending up like me, absolutely sold out on being as healthy and as fit as I possibly can; not just physically, but internally too.
Not necessarily in any specific order either. If you are already used to exercising, then continue to make exercise a part of your daily routine, but it is my guess that most of you will go through the training in stages. And for those who are like me, you just may go for it and do a complete 180 degree turn in your life and experience amazing results just like I have.
The goal is to get this stuff embedded into your brain so it becomes part of you and part of who you want to become, and the many different ways you can learn it, the better!
